Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1st July 2025

These terms govern your purchase and use of WOODLIV products and services. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Authenticity & Materials

All WOODLIV products are made using MR Grade Plywood, Engineered Wood, and genuine solid woods like Sheesham, Mango, Acacia, and Pine. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are expected and not considered defects.

2. Order Confirmation & Full Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or part payments. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

3. Customization & Made-to-Order Products

Customized and made-to-order items are crafted based on your specifications. Once production has started, such orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery typically takes 7–21 working days depending on product and location. Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or operational constraints.

5. Delivery Conditions

Customers must ensure:

  • Clear access to the delivery location
  • Availability of a lift (for high floors)
  • Someone is present to accept the delivery
  • If manual labor is required (e.g., no lift), additional charges may apply.

6. Installation Services

Installation is not included by default. You may add it during checkout for an additional fee. WOODLIV arranges installation via third-party service providers and is not liable for damages caused during installation.

7. Inspection & Acceptance

All products should be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any manufacturing defect or damage must be reported within 72 hours, along with clear photo/video evidence.

8. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are allowed only for products with manufacturing defects and must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Return pickup and shipping charges are applicable and borne by the customer. No returns are accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Damage due to misuse or mishandling

9. Warranty Coverage

WOODLIV provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. It covers:

  • Structural defects in the product
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Hardware issues (e.g., hinges, channels)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to water, sunlight, pests, or accidents
  • Improper use or lack of care
  • Damage during relocation or third-party installation
  • Commercial use

Warranty claims must be submitted with proper evidence and invoice. WOODLIV reserves the right to repair or replace the item at its discretion.

10. Product Care & Use

WOODLIV products are for indoor residential use only. To extend lifespan:

  • Avoid exposure to water, moisture, or direct sunlight
  • Do not place hot/cold items directly on surfaces
  • Clean using a dry or slightly damp cloth only

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations are not accepted, especially for customized or in-production orders.

12. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment. Shipping, installation, and other service charges are non-refundable.

13. Limitation of Liability

WOODLIV is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited strictly to the product’s purchase value.

14. Force Majeure

WOODLIV is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural calamities, transportation strikes, and government restrictions.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
